Swatch Group seeks a Store Manager — Pop‑Up (Ibiza) to lead a seasonal boutique in Ibiza, Spain, overseeing sales, team and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day‑to‑day operations of the temporary pop‑up boutique in Ibiza, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and visual merchandising.
- Recruit, train and coach a seasonal retail team to deliver exceptional client service, convert traffic, and maximise average transaction value.
- Own sales performance and key retail KPIs; implement promotional activities and local marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, returns and shrinkage control; coordinate logistics and deliveries with central distribution.
- Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, point‑of‑sale reconciliation and compliance with corporate policies.
- Liaise with regional management, marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive brand presentation and product mix.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Solid organisational skills and experience in inventory control, cash handling and loss‑prevention processes.
- Flexibility to work seasonal hours including evenings and weekends; ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, temporary retail environment.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 3 years' retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or store manager role. Prior experience in watches, jewellery, luxury accessories or premium seasonal retail environments is highly desirable, including managing temporary or pop‑up concepts.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
