Swatch seeks a Store Manager in Paris to lead a luxury watch boutique; managerial role focused on sales, team leadership and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and KPI commitments.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team; conduct performance reviews and implement training plans.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and luxury customer service standards, nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Own stock management and loss-prevention procedures, including inventory control, merchandising and replenishment cycles.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain flagship-brand presentation consistent with corporate guidelines.
- Manage P&L responsibilities including expense control, payroll oversight and local commercial planning.
- Prepare accurate sales and operational reports for regional management and ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Coordinate promotional events, product launches and in-store marketing to maximise footfall and conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a boutique or store manager within luxury retail, watches or jewelry (preferably 3+ years).
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience recruiting, coaching and retaining boutique staff.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and sales KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach appropriate to a high-end retail environment.
- Professional-level French; business English is advantageous.
- Familiarity with luxury merchandising standards and inventory control processes.

Minimum of three years managing a boutique or retail team in luxury goods, watches or jewelry, with demonstrable commercial results and team development experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
