Swatch Group seeks a Store Manager (CDI) in Paris to lead boutique operations, sales and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin objectives and service KPIs.
  • Recruit, develop and coach retail staff; set individual and team targets and manage performance.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and after-sales service to cultivate repeat high-value clientele.
  • Oversee merchandising, window display and in-store presentation to ensure strict adherence to brand visual standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stocktakes and shrinkage prevention procedures.
  • Control operating expenses, assist with local budgeting and provide regular commercial reporting to regional management.
  • Implement local marketing initiatives and store-level promotional activity in line with the brand strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations and retail security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a retail team and drive commercial results.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and experience in high-end or luxury retail environments.
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing sales KPIs and basic financial indicators (sales, margin, stock turn).
  • Knowledge or strong interest in watches and jewellery is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak trading periods; flexible and resilient.

Experience
