Role & Responsibilities
- Execute productivity programs and sales targets through strategic planning and team-member coaching
- Deliver exceptional and consistent store experiences that align with Swatch brand values
- Manage store operations according to company standards with strategic and efficient execution
- Prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt business strategies to address varying operational needs
- Maximize inventory management, cash control, and loss prevention techniques
- Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing store personnel
- Foster a positive and nourishing team environment that encourages employee success and engagement
- Provide leadership and guidance to a large team of store employees
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 90,000 per annum.
