Swatch Store Manager position at World Trade Center in New York; lead retail operations and team for luxury watch retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the Swatch retail location to ensure optimal performance and brand standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise presentation to maximize visual impact and sales conversion
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and revenue
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and ensure profitability of the store location
- Maintain store facilities, visual merchandising displays, and brand ambiance in line with Swatch Group standards
- Build and sustain relationships with key customers and implement clienteling strategies to enhance loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a store manager or similar retail leadership role in a luxury or multi-brand environment
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing retail teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in the luxury watch, jewelry, or fashion sectors. Prior experience managing multi-brand retail environments or boutique locations is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
