Swatch Montreal Eaton Centre seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
- Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Drive sales performance through strategic merchandising, promotional execution, and staff training
- Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising excellence throughout the store environment
- Monitor financial metrics including P&L, margin management, and budget adherence
- Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a retail store in a luxury or fashion environment
- Demonstrated excellence in P&L management and financial acumen
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
