Swatch Store Manager position at Chadstone, Melbourne. Lead retail operations for iconic Swiss watchmaker in luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and loss prevention
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product replenishment across all watch collections
- Provide coaching and mentorship to store associates to enhance product knowledge and customer service excellence
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies
- Build and retain a customer base through personalized service and relationship building
- Report on sales metrics, staffing performance, and store profitability to area/regional management
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in luxury goods or watches, preferably at store level
- Strong understanding of Swatch brand values and the contemporary watch market
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Excellent team leadership and staff development capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver premium service experiences
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a store management or assistant store manager capacity. Experience in watches, luxury goods, or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, or hospitality is advantageous.
