Swatch Store Manager position at Chadstone, Melbourne. Lead retail operations for iconic Swiss watchmaker in luxury boutique environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and loss prevention
  • Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product replenishment across all watch collections
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to store associates to enhance product knowledge and customer service excellence
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with brand guidelines
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies
  • Build and retain a customer base through personalized service and relationship building
  • Report on sales metrics, staffing performance, and store profitability to area/regional management

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in luxury goods or watches, preferably at store level

Experience
