Swatch Store Manager role in Honolulu (Ala Moana) — lead the boutique team, drive sales and deliver brand-standard client experiences at Swatch.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Swatch boutique at Ala Moana, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Recruit, coach and develop store staff; create schedules, conduct performance reviews and foster a high-performance retail culture.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive clienteling, after‑sales follow-up and tailored product advice on timepieces.
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising, store presentation and product placement to maximise conversion and basket value.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and reconciliation; collaborate with regional logistics and wholesale teams on stock planning.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions and loss‑prevention procedures to safeguard assets and ensure audit compliance.
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports, contribute to local business planning and implement actions to improve store profitability.
  • Organise in‑store events and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and strengthen brand presence at Ala Moana.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience with at least 3 years leading a sales team; experience in watches, jewelry or luxury accessories preferred.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store P&L responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to develop talent and motivate cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and commercial acumen, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Legally authorised to work in the United States.
