Swatch Store Manager
Swatch seeks a Store Manager for the Cherry Creek boutique in Denver to lead sales, operations and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L accountability for the Cherry Creek boutique, driving sales growth and margin through disciplined execution and commercial planning.
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to meet individual and store KPIs, including recruitment, performance management and rostering.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience with a focus on clienteling, VIP service and long-term relationship development.
- Execute brand merchandising, visual standards and product launches to maximize sell-through and brand integrity.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, loss-prevention procedures and regular stock reconciliations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including cash handling, POS reconciliation, store opening/closing and compliance with company policies.
- Plan and activate local marketing, events and collaborations in coordination with regional marketing and wholesale teams.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities, implement corrective actions and report performance to the regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of retail management with P&L responsibility in a high-volume store environment.
- Experience in luxury goods, watches or jewelry retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate small teams, with experience in recruitment, training and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales planning, forecasting and inventory control.
- Excellent interpersonal and clienteling skills; comfortable engaging with high-net-worth and repeat clients.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience with at least two years in a supervisory or management role; prior exposure to luxury watch or jewelry retail is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
