Swatch is hiring a Store Manager in Chermside (Brisbane), Australia to lead store operations, sales and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, compliant and customer-focused performance.
- Drive sales and profitability through target-setting, performance monitoring and execution of local commercial initiatives.
- Recruit, coach and develop the retail team; deliver regular performance feedback and training to maximise selling capabilities.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and product presentation to brand standards, including new product launches and limited-edition releases.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, loss prevention and accurate cash handling procedures.
- Manage store administration: staff rostering, sales reporting, KPI analysis and coordination with regional management.
- Deliver exceptional client experience and clienteling practices to build loyalty and repeat business.
- Organise and execute in-store events, product drops and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing/brand teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail management, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in delivering high-quality client service.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or store manager role; prior experience in watches, jewellery or premium retail is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education (high school) required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or hospitality is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Chermside, Queensland, Australia, with easy access to Brisbane.
