Swatch Store Manager – Chermside, Brisbane. Lead an iconic watchmaker's flagship store with responsibility for team, sales, and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with Swatch brand values
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets through strategic merchandising and engaging product presentations
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual displays, and compliance with brand standards
- Cultivate a dynamic store environment that reflects Swatch's bold design ethos and cultural relevance
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and professional development to build team capability
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a multi-brand or premium watch/luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales performance in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising and brand storytelling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
Experience
Experience managing high-traffic retail stores with responsibility for P&L, staff management, and brand representation. Background in watches, designer goods, or premium lifestyle retail preferred.
Education
