Swatch Store Manager opportunity in Brisbane, Australia. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team performance in a luxury watch retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store operations and staff scheduling to ensure optimal performance and customer service delivery
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
- Manage inventory control, stock rotation, merchandise presentation, and visual displays to maximize product visibility and appeal
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing, engaged retail workforce
- Monitor financial performance including cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting to regional management
- Ensure compliance with Swatch brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role in luxury or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and manage P&L responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience recruiting and developing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
- Knowledge of luxury brand positioning and customer service excellence standards
Skills
Experience
5+ years of retail management experience, ideally within luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium goods retailing. Prior experience managing standalone boutiques or flagship stores is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or tertiary qualification in business, retail management, or hospitality is preferred.
