Swatch Store Manager opportunity in Brisbane, Australia. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage team performance in a luxury watch retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all store operations and staff scheduling to ensure optimal performance and customer service delivery
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory control, stock rotation, merchandise presentation, and visual displays to maximize product visibility and appeal
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing, engaged retail workforce
  • Monitor financial performance including cash handling, daily reconciliation, and reporting to regional management
  • Ensure compliance with Swatch brand standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role in luxury or premium retail environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and manage P&L responsibilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience recruiting and developing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Knowledge of luxury brand positioning and customer service excellence standards
