Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and maintain high standards of retail excellence
  • Manage and develop retail team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Drive sales targets and revenue growth through strategic client engagement and merchandising
  • Ensure brand presentation standards and visual merchandising compliance across the store
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while implementing CRM best practices
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and product allocation

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in luxury goods or watchmaking
