Swatch Group seeks Store Manager for Bilbao boutique. Lead retail operations, team, and sales in luxury watch retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand experience across all touchpoints
- Recruit, train, and develop retail staff
- Monitor financial performance and control operational costs
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
- Build strong customer relationships and develop clientele
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of luxury watch brands and retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams
- Strong analytical and financial management skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail or the watch industry. Previous experience managing a team and driving sales performance is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary education in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
