Swatch Group seeks a Store Manager in Bilbao to lead boutique operations, drive sales and manage a luxury watch retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations in Bilbao, ensuring seamless customer journeys and consistently high standards of service befitting a watchmaking house.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through active selling, merchandising, promotions and effective team coaching.
- Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing sales team; create individual development plans and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Implement visual merchandising and brand presentation standards to protect brand equity and maximise product sell-through.
- Manage inventory, replenishment and stock accuracy; coordinate stock movements and audits to minimise shrinkage.
- Oversee boutique P&L elements (revenue, cash handling, expenses) and deliver regular operational and commercial reports to regional management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM and clienteling techniques to cultivate repeat business and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures, health & safety regulations and local legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within watches, jewelry or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing boutique P&L.
- Excellent leadership and people-development skills with experience recruiting and coaching sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and organisational capabilities; comfortable working with sales KPIs and inventory controls.
- Customer-focused, polished interpersonal skills and the ability to represent a premium watch brand with discretion and professionalism.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' progressive retail management experience, preferably within the watch, jewelry or luxury fashion sectors, with a proven record of target achievement and team development.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
