Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence
- Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team aligned with Swatch brand values and commercial objectives
- Drive sales performance and profitability through strategic merchandising, inventory management, and staff engagement
- Represent Swatch brand philosophy—rooted in color, movement, lightness, and transparency—across all store activities and communications
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store aesthetic in accordance with brand guidelines
- Foster Swatch's strong presence in sports and arts communities through local partnerships and activations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail operations leader in a branded luxury or mid-tier environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and profitability
- Exceptional customer service orientation and brand advocacy
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in watches, fashion, or selective luxury retail environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail management certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
