Swatch Store Manager position in Bern, Switzerland. Lead retail operations and inspire high-performing teams in a luxury watchmaking environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service standards
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and execute local marketing and promotional initiatives to drive footfall and brand awareness
  • Monitor financial performance including budgets, payroll, and profitability metrics
  • Maintain store appearance and visual standards in line with Swatch brand guidelines and seasonal collections
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that reflects the brand's core values of creativity, innovation, and customer passion

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or premium watch/jewelry management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
