Swatch Store Manager opportunity at Aventura Mall, Miami. Lead luxury watch retail operations for the global watchmaker.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily store operations and staff performance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Ensure exemplary customer service and brand experience across all interactions
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory management standards

Qualifications
