Swatch Group seeks a Senior Retail Sales Advisor at its London White City location to drive sales and deliver luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed retail targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Maintain product knowledge across Swatch collections and communicate brand heritage and technical innovation
- Provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support visual merchandising and maintain store standards
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members to achieve collective goals

- Proven track record of success in luxury or premium retail environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
