Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are upheld.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion sectors.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail sales role, with a focus on luxury or fashion brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or fashion is a plus.
