Swatch seeks Senior International PR Manager in Biel, Switzerland to lead global public relations and media strategy for the iconic watch and design brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all international public relations initiatives and media strategies across global markets
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns aligned with brand positioning and corporate objectives
- Manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and external communications agencies worldwide
- Coordinate PR activities across regions to ensure consistent brand messaging and narrative
- Create and maintain press releases, media kits, and communications materials for international distribution
- Monitor media coverage and brand reputation across key markets, providing strategic analysis and recommendations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including marketing, design, and executive leadership to align communications strategy
- Represent Swatch at industry events, press conferences, and media engagements
- Budget management and resource allocation for international PR initiatives
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in international public relations and media communications
- Proven track record managing PR for a global brand across multiple markets
- Strong understanding of media landscape, journalists, and influencer networks internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one additional language
- Experience with crisis communications and reputation management
- Familiarity with luxury goods or design-driven industries is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in international public relations, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity managing global PR strategies and media relationships across multiple geographic regions.
Education
University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent professional qualification.
