Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations on Robson Street, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and inventory control.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through active selling, clienteling and deployment of promotional initiatives.
- Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff; provide ongoing performance feedback and deliver product and sales training.
- Maintain exemplary client service standards, cultivate long‑term customer relationships and manage escalated client enquiries.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation are consistently executed to Swatch guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, process deliveries and coordinate with regional management on replenishment and loss‑prevention.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and operational feedback to district/regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing store teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings; eligibility to work in Canada.

Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; experience in watches, jewelry or premium lifestyle retail strongly preferred.
Education
