Swatch seeks a Full-Time Sales Lead for Yorkdale Shopping Centre in Toronto to drive retail excellence and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales associates on the retail floor to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve and exceed store targets
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company standards
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
- Engage with customers to drive brand awareness and foster loyalty to the Swatch product range
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and coordinate promotional displays in the retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales leadership or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of watches, fashion accessories, or consumer electronics preferred
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse retail team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity within a fashion, accessories, or technology retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or relevant post-secondary training in business administration is an asset
