Swatch Sales Lead position in Laval, Quebec. Lead retail team, drive sales, and manage store operations—CAD $18.55/hr plus performance bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, ensuring deep product knowledge across the team enhances customer experience and decision-making
- Support store management in daily operational tasks with emphasis on transaction accuracy and efficiency; maintain strict inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure accurate stock management and reporting
- Apply and maintain visual merchandising standards per company guidelines; consistently present the store environment at a premium level reflecting brand positioning
- Model workplace safety standards and company policies; ensure adherence to all operational guidelines and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Intermediate computer skills with practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience with point-of-sale systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent relationship-building ability
- Proven initiative and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm for sales in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion and accessories sectors. Experience with point-of-sale systems and supervisory or leadership responsibilities in a retail environment are highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management, fashion, or business is an asset.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 18.55 per hour.
