Role & Responsibilities
- Act as keyholder and lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation and security protocols.
- Drive sales performance by coaching the sales team, setting daily priorities and ensuring achievement of individual and store targets.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and after-sales service, building long-term relationships with customers and managing VIP customer interactions.
- Manage inventory control processes, receiving and stock rotation, and coordinate stock counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and in display windows to maximise conversion.
- Train, mentor and evaluate sales advisors; coordinate schedules and delegate responsibilities to maintain a high-performance floor.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalations while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with district management on promotional campaigns, KPI reporting and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with experience supervising or leading a retail sales team.
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrable clienteling and upselling skills.
- Solid numeracy and cash-handling experience; comfortable with daily reconciliation and POS procedures.
- Organisation skills with attention to visual merchandising, stock accuracy and loss-prevention practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet retail operational needs.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or keyholder capacity; prior exposure to watches, fashion accessories or luxury retail is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or hospitality is an asset.
