Swatch hiring a Full-Time Sales Lead at West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton. Lead the boutique team and drive sales for the Swatch brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations at West Edmonton Mall, ensuring a polished client experience aligned with Swatch brand standards.
- Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, merchandising, clienteling and effective floor leadership.
- Coach, mentor and develop the sales team; conduct performance feedback, on‑boarding and product training.
- Manage visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, opening/closing routines and accurate daily reporting.
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor labour efficiency and liaise with regional management on local promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of supervisory or team-lead experience in retail, preferably within watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and delivering exemplary customer service.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse retail team.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to inventory and cash controls.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity; prior experience selling watches, accessories or luxury goods is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or hospitality is an asset.
