Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day store operations at the West Edmonton Mall location, ensuring exemplary presentation, merchandising and adherence to brand visual standards.
- Coach, motivate and develop the sales team through on‑the‑floor training, regular feedback and performance reviews to maximise individual and store results.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and structured sales activity.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and seasonal floor moves; assist with receiving, stock audits and shrink‑prevention procedures.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, daily reconciliations and adherence to loss prevention and security protocols.
- Prepare staff schedules, support recruitment and conduct shift handovers; ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
- Resolve complex customer enquiries and escalations with professionalism, safeguarding the customer experience and brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, ideally 2+ years leading a sales team in a high‑traffic store environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving customer loyalty.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to develop team performance.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and basic financial controls including cash reconciliation.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; reliable work authorization for Canada.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail supervision or a comparable frontline leadership role; prior experience in watches, jewellery or premium/lifestyle retail is strongly preferred.
Education
