Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance store performance.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a retail sales leadership position is required.
