Swatch Group seeks a Sales Coordinator in Alcobendas, Madrid to support sales operations across its luxury watch brand portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales operations and activities across multiple watch brands within the Swatch Group portfolio
  • Manage client communications and inquiries from retail partners and internal stakeholders
  • Support sales team with administrative tasks including order processing and documentation
  • Liaise between sales departments, retail boutiques, and corporate headquarters
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases for reporting and analysis
