Swatch seeks a Sales Associate for its Zurich store, working 50–100%, to advise customers and sell Swatch and Flik Flak products while supporting service, visual presentation, cash handling, and merchandise operations. The role requires retail training or an equivalent qualification, sales experience, flexibility, and very good German and English; French and other languages are an advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers and sell Swatch and Flik Flak products in the store.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide courteous customer service.
- Present products attractively in the store in accordance with visual guidelines.
- Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions.
- Carry out minor service tasks, including battery replacements and watch strap adjustments.
- Maintain a neat and inviting store appearance.
- Receive deliveries and support merchandise management.
- Provide excellent customer service, promote sales, and contribute to the success of Swatch stores.
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and a strong customer focus.
Qualifications
- Completed retail training or an equivalent qualification.
- Sales experience, ideally with watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and enjoyment of a dynamic store environment.
- Engaged, experienced, and multilingual, and comfortable in a dynamic international work environment requiring flexibility, resilience, and personal responsibility.
- Very good German and English skills; French and additional languages are an advantage.
