Swatch seeks Sales Associate (50–100%) in Zurich. Retail experience, German, English, customer service expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively consult with customers and facilitate sales of Swatch and Flik Flak products
- Provide warm welcomes and attentive customer service to all store visitors
- Maintain attractive product presentation throughout the store in accordance with visual guidelines
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and manage cash reconciliation
- Perform service tasks including battery replacement and watch strap adjustments
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting store environment
- Receive shipments and support inventory management activities
Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship in retail or equivalent qualification
- Proven sales experience, preferably in watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products
- Fluent in German and English; French and additional languages are advantageous
- Demonstrated flexibility regarding shift scheduling
- Strong customer service orientation and product knowledge
