Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales within the Swatch store environment
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of Swatch timepieces and communicate brand heritage and design philosophy
- Build meaningful client relationships and provide personalized styling recommendations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in accordance with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in watches, luxury goods, or fashion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
