Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product knowledge and personalized styling guidance to clients
- Drive sales and achieve store performance targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Build lasting client relationships and capture customer data
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales experience in a luxury or fashion environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for the Swatch brand and watch culture
- Ability to work flexibly within a retail schedule

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; luxury retail or watch industry experience is preferred.
Education
