Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and sales support to clients visiting the Swatch Zurich store
- Promote and sell Swatch timepieces and related products, emphasizing brand heritage and design innovation
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the Swatch collection
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative store environment
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury watchmaking and the Swatch brand
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated retail sales experience
- Fluency in German and English (French an asset)
- Availability for flexible scheduling

Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury or fashion environment is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong customer service backgrounds will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal retail or hospitality training is valued but not mandatory.
