Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers and provide personalized product recommendations aligned with their preferences and needs
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Build client relationships through attentive service and product knowledge of Swatch's watch and accessory collections
- Support store operations including stock management, window displays, and store cleanliness
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales experience or equivalent customer-facing background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong customer service orientation will be considered.
