Swatch is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its corporate store in Verona. The role focuses on customer sales and after-sales support, customer relationships, store organization, stock and brand presentation; the applicable CCNL is Terziario, Distribuzione, Servizi, with a stated full-time gross annual base salary of €25,000, prorated for part-time hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent sales experience by attending to customers and fulfilling their needs.
- Contribute to business objectives by managing customer relationships and providing pre- and post-sales assistance.
- Support store organization, keeping the sales floor, back office and stock in order.
- Ensure the correct presentation of the SWATCH and FLIK FLAK brand image.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, including sales, returns management and orders.
- Commercial orientation, dynamism and flexibility.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify interlocutors and adapt communication and interaction to different situations, including handling objections and conflicts.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with PCs, Office package and communication applications; knowledge of main IT tools and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
