Swatch Sales Associate, Vancouver BC – Part-time retail position with $18.30/hr base + bonus
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process sales and returns accurately, manage inventory, and maintain adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards by following brand guidelines and ensuring product displays reflect brand aesthetic
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and overall operational efficiency
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Manage cash and POS transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Proficiency with POS (point-of-sale) systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated relationship-building ability
- Self-directed work ethic with capacity to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team
