Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to maximise conversion and average transaction value in a boutique environment.
- Actively prospect and build client relationships through bespoke advice, after‑sales follow‑up and clienteling activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while accurately processing transactions and handling cash/EPOS procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, window displays, stock replenishment, inventory checks and loss prevention.
- Possess and communicate strong product knowledge of watch collections, technical features and care recommendations; liaise with service/after‑sales teams when required.
- Participate in store events, promotional campaigns and team briefings; adhere to brand presentation and operational policies.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales capability with a customer‑centric approach and commercial drive.
- Availability for the fixed‑term contract period (01.07.2026–30.09.2026) including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the contract.
- Prior experience in watches, jewellery or luxury retail is highly desirable.
- Professional presentation, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team.

Typically requires previous retail sales experience — ideally 1+ year in watches, jewellery or a luxury/consumer goods environment. Seasonal or temporary retail experience will be considered.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.
