The Swatch Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager, drives sales, and supports customer service, store operations, visual merchandising and safety. This part-time role averages 10 hours per week, with open availability required and the possibility of additional hours, including holidays and blackout dates; starting base pay is CAD 18.05 per hour plus a monthly performance bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while acting as a Swatch Brand Ambassador and embodying the brand’s core competencies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers, and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge.
- Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, managing inventory, and following operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards in line with visual merchandising guidelines, as well as store cleanliness and organization.
- Uphold workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- Available to work opening and closing shifts, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and understandably.
- Results-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Passionate about sales and working in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
- Experience working with POS systems.
