Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised client service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute seasonal floor sets consistent with brand directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns/exchanges.
- Manage stockroom activities including receiving, replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of the full Swatch assortment and current collections.
- Support in-store promotions, launches and events to maximise traffic and conversion.
- Uphold store presentation, health & safety and brand compliance at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail experience, ideally within watches, jewellery or fashion retail.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting product features and storytelling.
- Reliability, flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and strong numerical aptitude for transactions.
- Comfortable using POS and inventory systems; meticulous attention to cash handling and loss-prevention processes.
- Bilingualism or additional language skills considered an asset.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of customer-facing retail experience; prior experience selling watches, jewellery or fashion products is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field advantageous.
