Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary front-line customer service, proactively engaging clients to understand needs and recommend suitable timepieces and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective client follow-up.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising to brand standards, including window dressing and product replenishment.
- Develop and sustain product knowledge across the brand’s collections, movements and materials to support informed selling.
- Support inventory control activities: stock reception, cycle counts and loss-prevention measures.
- Contribute to a collaborative store environment by assisting colleagues, participating in briefings and executing promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in watches, jewelry or fashion retail; seasonal/temporary experience welcomed.
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions and cash reconciliation.
- Availability for the fixed-term contract period (01 July 2026 to 30 September 2026) and flexibility for weekend shifts.
- Secondary education completed (baccalauréat or equivalent); vocational training in retail or luxury sales is an advantage.

Entry-level to mid-level retail experience required; prior experience in watch or jewelry retail is advantageous. Seasonal or fixed-term assignments acceptable.
Education
