Role & Responsibilities
- Present Swatch collections and educate customers on product features, design heritage, and collaborative collections
- Drive sales targets through consultative selling and relationship-building with retail customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation aligned with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and manage point-of-sale systems
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
