Swatch is hiring a Sales Associate in Sydney (Pitt Street) — customer-facing retail role at Swatch, delivering product expertise and sales in a flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales objectives.
- Present and demonstrate Swatch product ranges with authoritative product knowledge, advising on features, materials and collaborations.
- Drive store sales through active clienteling, upselling and follow-up, contributing to team targets and KPIs.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, shop-floor standards and stock replenishment to reflect brand presentation guidelines.
- Support inventory control, receiving and processing stock, and assist with loss-prevention measures.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotional events, product launches and in-store activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary (high school) education or equivalent.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience; experience in watches, fashion or luxury retail preferred.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required by retail trading hours.
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a customer-centric demeanour.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience, ideally within watches, fashion or luxury goods; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
