Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Swatch collections and brand heritage
- Process transactions accurately and securely using point-of-sale systems
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Contribute to a welcoming, energetic retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives
Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer engagement
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred. Familiarity with watches, fashion accessories, or luxury goods is an advantage.
