Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, customer-centric sales service aligned with Swatch’s brand positioning; proactively engage and advise clients on products and collections.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash transactions accurately; support daily till reconciliation and basic sales reporting.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand visual merchandising standards; ensure shelves, displays and stock are orderly and fully merchandised.
- Receive, unpack and process incoming stock; assist with inventory control, replenishment and stock-room organisation.
- Contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets during the seasonal campaign; support promotional activities and customer events as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in watches, jewellery or fashion retail; demonstrable customer-service orientation.
- Availability for the fixed-term contract period (13 July–16 August 2026) and to work a 21-hour weekly schedule including weekends and peak tourist hours.
- Strong communication skills, numeracy for sales transactions and familiarity with basic stock procedures.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the contract.

Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred; experience within watch, jewellery or luxury retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary-school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or sales training is advantageous.
