Swatch seeks a Sales Associate in Saint-Tropez (Apr–Dec 2026) for a fixed-term boutique role delivering premium customer service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to boutique visitors, actively converting enquiries into sales and building long-term client relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate watches and accessories with precise product knowledge, advising customers on features, materials and after‑sales care.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage daily cash and card reconciliations according to brand procedures.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window presentation, stock replenishment and housekeeping to Swatch Group guidelines.
  • Support inventory control: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, report discrepancies and assist with store stock organisation.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and seasonal sales targets, participate in events and support promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or boutique sales experience, preferably in watches, jewelry or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused demeanour.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
  • Basic numeracy and proven accuracy in cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Fluency in French; proficiency in English is strongly preferred for an international clientele.

Experience
