Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional sales experiences and manage customer relationships throughout the purchasing journey
- Provide expert sales and post-sales assistance, addressing customer inquiries and managing returns with professionalism
- Contribute to achieving company sales objectives through dynamic, customer-centric engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation across the retail space
- Organize and manage store operations, back office, and inventory to ensure optimal order and availability
- Work flexible, rotating shifts as required by operational scheduling
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in sales, returns management, and order processing
- Commercial orientation with strong sales instincts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt communication style and manage objections and conflicts professionally
- Natural problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office suite, and standard communication applications
