As a Swatch Sales Associate in Ottawa, the role centers on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets while embodying Swatch brand values. The position encompasses customer engagement, inventory management, visual merchandising maintenance, and point-of-sale operations within a dynamic retail environment. This part-time role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a results-oriented approach to drive sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues with a positive attitude while assisting customers on the shop floor
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through outstanding product knowledge and consultative selling
- Process sales and returns accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling
- Support inventory management, stock organization, and adherence to operational policies
- Maintain store visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Uphold workplace safety standards and comply with health and safety regulations
- Embody Swatch Core Competencies including Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Creativity, Problem-Solving, Integrity, and Building Effective Teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories
- Demonstrated experience working with POS (point-of-sale) systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, and hold items up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories retail or luxury goods sectors.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified; however, strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
