Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to customers and proactively drive store sales and conversion.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across Swatch collections and guide customers on product features, styling and care.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain boutique standards for merchandising, presentation and visual displays in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and basic record-keeping.

  • Uphold loss-prevention, safety and store opening/closing protocols.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in watches, jewelry or premium accessories, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first orientation and professional presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada (documentation may be required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail certifications are an asset.
