Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to customers and proactively drive store sales and conversion.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across Swatch collections and guide customers on product features, styling and care.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards for merchandising, presentation and visual displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and basic record-keeping.
- Build lasting client relationships through clienteling activities and follow-up to foster repeat business.
- Uphold loss-prevention, safety and store opening/closing protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably in watches, jewelry or premium accessories, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first orientation and professional presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (documentation may be required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail certifications are an asset.
