Swatch seeks a part-time Sales Associate for its Times Square location in New York, NY. The role focuses on customer service, watch product knowledge, sales goals and store merchandising, with training and support, an hourly base rate of $19–$20 plus commission, and benefits for part-time employees.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, with a personable approach.
- Use product knowledge and product selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Use initiative and sound judgment in all situations.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Complete merchandising tasks, including replenishing stock, maintaining visual displays, and keeping the store organized and clean.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales; specialty retail experience preferred.
